“Silver” In-office Hygiene Coaching

- 1 Observation day, Data collecting & Completing the “Detailed Hygiene Analysis” to identify obstacles affecting the growth of the hygiene department.
- Telephone or “Face to Face” meeting between coach and Doctor to review the analysis & target 1-2 areas that will prepare the hygiene department for massive growth.
- One day or Two- half Day Workshops followed by one On-site coaching session
- Detailed initial and final Hygiene Department Analysis
- 3- months of coaching support with bi-weekly coaching calls with Doctor and team
- Up to 8 CE credits per active participant
